This requires a JavaScript enabled browser. In order to use this, you must let this file run active content

What you do is:
1) Click on the yellow bar (which becomes blue when your mouse hovers over it).
2) This pops up a menu. Select "Allow Blocked Content"
3) A Security Warning Box will then pop up. Click "Yes." (If you click no, you
simply have to repeat this process, the yellow bar won't go away by clicking
"no".)
4) If you accidentally close the yellow bar, then simply refresh this web page
by either clicking the "F5" key or go to the menu bar, click view, scroll down
and click refresh.
This file is perfectly safe. It is a password protection program we use so that only patients of Dr. Parks can access the online
store. Clicking yes to allow this to run on your computer isn't permanent
and unless you change your internet options, you will see this yellow bar every
time you access this page.
